Lieber Construction preps residential lots for home construction projects, from digging basements to full scale site development. This would include clearing and grubbing the entire site to bringing in needed sand, clay and top soil fill. Our residential projects are then brought to final grade for landscaping. We can also provide construction entrances, silt fencing, soil testing and compaction per request.
